Terms of the preview offer
Last updated 24 July 2026
Plain terms for the redesign previews Studio Rahul shares. No small print traps — just what the preview is, what it isn’t, and who owns what.
What the preview is
If you received a link from us, it points to a concept redesign of your existing website, built by Studio Rahul at our own initiative and cost, to show you what a modern rebuild could look like. It is a demonstration — not a live replacement of your site, not a claim that anything is wrong with your current one, and not a service you have ordered or paid for.
No affiliation
The preview is an independent concept. Studio Rahul is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of your business. Your name, logo, or content may appear in the preview solely to illustrate the redesign; we claim no rights over your brand, and we’ll remove the preview immediately on request via Unsubscribe & removal.
Ownership
- Your content (text, images, logo, brand) remains yours.
- The redesign work (layout, code, and design we created) remains the intellectual property of Studio Rahul unless and until we agree a paid engagement, at which point ownership transfers to you as set out in that agreement.
No obligation, no cost, no strings
Viewing a preview costs nothing and commits you to nothing. There is no automatic sign-up, no trial that starts billing, and no obligation to reply. If you’d like to take it further, you contact us — never the other way around once you’ve opted out.
No warranty
The preview is provided “as is” for illustration. It may use placeholder content and isn’t performance-, security-, or accessibility-hardened the way a delivered, paid project would be. Studio Rahul isn’t liable for any action you take based on a preview.
If we work together
Any actual project — scope, price, timeline, ownership transfer, revisions — is governed by a separate written agreement we’d sign before starting. These terms only cover the unsolicited preview and outreach.
